4. Recipients of data \/ data transfers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Data may be shared with entities supporting the operation of the Website, in particular:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • the hosting provider whose servers run the Website and the mailbox,<\/li>\n
  • Pic-Time as a data processor \u2014 it operates the photo galleries available at gallery.marcinkrokowski.com,<\/li>\n
  • Google \u2014 with regard to Google Analytics and the reCAPTCHA mechanism protecting the contact form,<\/li>\n
  • CleanTalk \u2014 with regard to spam filtering in the contact form; the data entered in the form and the IP address are transmitted to the service solely in order to assess whether the message is spam,<\/li>\n
  • cooperating photographers, video operators and other subcontractors involved in carrying out the assignment,<\/li>\n
  • payment service providers and the accounting office \u2014 with regard to settlements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Collaborators and subcontractors process data only to the extent necessary to perform the tasks entrusted to them and on the basis of agreements or arrangements compliant with Art. 28 GDPR. The controller works only with partners providing an adequate level of data security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (e.g. Pic-Time or Google servers), safeguards provided for in the GDPR are applied, in particular standard contractual clauses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The controller does not sell users’ personal data to other entities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
