I am with you all day
Planning a wedding without the pomp? Slow, boho, rustic, vintage, or with no label at all, simply yours? You like series, pizza and black coffee in the morning? Then we will get along. My favourite weddings are the ones in barns and industrial spaces, but I photograph everywhere and the venue is never a problem.
I have been photographing weddings since 2018. Below you will find how the day looks, what you get and what it costs. If you would rather start with the numbers, go straight to the packages.
Not everything can be planned
A wedding does not run by the clock. An aunt starts crying halfway through the speeches, and the best shots from the dance floor happen once nobody is checking how they look any more.
That is why I do not sell hours. I am with you from the preparations to the end of the party, usually until one in the morning. The packages differ in what stays with you afterwards, not in when I turn off the light.
Before you choose a photographer, it is worth knowing him
I have been photographing since 2012. I started with conferences and company events in Warsaw, I have been shooting weddings since 2018 and those are the ones that stayed with me for good.
I like muted colours and black and white. While I work I look at previews stripped of colour, so that I see the light and what is happening, not the shades of the dress. I want these photographs to still be worth looking at in twenty years.
I will be close to you, but discreet enough not to make you self-conscious. In practice I also end up being a friend, a witness, a driver and the person who knows how to pin a boutonniere. I am probably the one you will ask how to tie a bow tie, or why Nikon and not Canon. I would rather be a companion that day than the photographer.
Getting ready
I arrive while nothing is ready yet. The dress is hanging, someone is looking for cufflinks, a mother fixes her hair for the fourth time. These are the photographs where nobody is posing yet, and they are usually the ones you end up loving most.
The ceremony
Church, registry office or open air. I hold the permit to photograph during a church ceremony, so you do not have to arrange it or ask the priest on my behalf.
I work from a distance and without flash wherever possible. Nobody will have to move aside so that I get a better frame.
Until the end of the party, usually until one
I stay until the end of the party. The evening hours are often the best photographs of the whole day, because guests stop noticing the camera.
I do not drink and I do not disappear at a table. If the party is going to run noticeably longer, let us agree on that in advance, not at one in the morning.

What stays with you from that day
In every package I am with you the whole day, from the preparations to the end of the party, usually until one, and I do a short session during the wedding day. What the packages differ in is what stays with you afterwards.
Package 1
Reportage and an online gallery.
- minimum 500 photographs after editing

Package 2

A shorter day, the same attention
A registry office or humanist ceremony, a reception for the closest family and an evening that ends before the traditional games, because there are none. Around four hours, minimum 150 photographs, prints and a pendrive in a wooden box.
If your party runs late into the night, that is the regular package, not this shorter one. I will tell you so directly when I quote.
Before and after
An engagement session is not an extra line on the bill, it is a way to check whether we feel good working together before the day that has no second takes. In Package 3 it is included.

The same day, told in motion
The film is made by a crew I have been working with for years. You arrange everything with me, and on the wedding day we work side by side, without elbowing each other for the spot by the altar.
Music video
10 hours, two cameras, a 2 to 4 minute music video and the full story of the day in a 10 to 20 minute film.
Earth and air
12 hours, two operators, drone shots, a 30 to 40 minute main film and an artistic highlights cut.

Package 2 with the film “Earth and air”. Every photography package combines with every film, and when you order both, the total is lower.

Things you do not have to worry about
- Photographs do not get lost. Every one of them is written to two cards at once. After the wedding the material sits on drives and in a cloud backup, and it stays there long after the gallery is delivered.
- The equipment does not run out. I work on two cameras. If one refuses to cooperate, the second one is already on my other shoulder.
- The church is not a problem. I hold the permit to photograph during the ceremony and no priest has refused me yet.
- If something happened to me. I have colleagues in the trade on standby for exactly that case. You would hear it from me, not on your wedding day.
- Contract and deposit. We put everything in writing. The deposit is 1000 PLN for photography packages and 2000 PLN when a film is added.
- The photographs are yours. You can ask me not to publish them anywhere. I will be a little sad about it, so I am hoping you will allow at least a few.
The best photographer I have had the chance to work with, both professionally (at events) and privately (Marcin took our wedding photographs). Open to suggestions, self-reliant, true to his word and extremely likeable. I recommend him 100%!

Frequently asked questions about wedding photography
Will you take the photographs yourself?
Yes. At the wedding it is me, not a subcontractor. A second photographer is added only when you want one, and you know about it in advance.
How long do we wait for the photographs?
Up to 90 days, usually sooner. Weddings from the peak of the season are delivered in the autumn, because in July and August I work almost every Saturday. We agree on a specific date in the contract.
How do you protect our photographs?
Every photograph is written to two cards at the same time. After the wedding the material sits on drives and in a cloud backup. The failure of one card does not erase a single frame.
What if your camera breaks?
I work on two. The second one is with me all day.
What if you fall ill?
I have colleagues in the trade on standby for exactly that case. You will not be left without a photographer, and you will hear it from me, not on your wedding day.
How many photographs will we get?
It depends on the package: minimum 500, 650 or 850. That is the minimum, usually there are more.
Do we get all the photographs, including the ones not selected?
You get the photographs after selection, meaning the good ones. Several thousand frames are taken during a wedding and most of them are repetitions of the same moment, closed eyes or shots caught mid-movement. I give you what is worth looking at, not a folder to dig through.
Do you travel outside Warsaw?
I photograph all over Poland. Beyond 200 km from Warsaw accommodation is added: either you arrange it, or I include it in the quote.
How much is the deposit?
1000 PLN for photography packages, 2000 PLN for a set with a film. It reserves the date, the rest is payable after the wedding.
Can you photograph inside a church?
I hold the permit to work during the ceremony and so far no priest has refused me.
Do you drink alcohol at the wedding?
I do not. If you insist, I will have one glass with you at the start of the evening and that is where it ends.
Will our photographs end up on the internet?
Only with your consent. You can say no and that is perfectly fine, though it would make me happy if you let me show at least a few.
What is an engagement session for?
To check whether we feel good together before the day that has no second takes. You get to know me, I get to know you, and I learn how you react to a camera.
Is your date free?
Send me the date, the place of the ceremony and the reception, and a rough number of guests. I will reply whether I am free and send a quote matched to your day.
